This Payment Policy applies to all purchases and transactions made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to the payment terms below. All payment processes comply with Stripe payment regulations and international data security standards.

1. Supported Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via major credit and debit card providers, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

All transactions are processed through encrypted, third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit card details, debit card information, or sensitive payment data on our servers. All payment information is securely handled by certified payment processors to protect user privacy and transaction security.

2. Settlement Currency & Billing Rules

Final billing currency is determined strictly by your shipping destination to ensure accurate and transparent pricing:

  • Orders delivered to United States addresses will be charged in US Dollars (USD).
  • Orders delivered to Canadian addresses will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

The website currency switcher is only for visual price preview and user convenience. Displayed currency values do not affect final checkout charges. Your payment will always be processed in the official settlement currency matching your shipping region.

If your card is issued outside your shipping country or in a different currency, your card-issuing bank may charge foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees. These fees are controlled solely by your bank and are not charged, controlled, or received by our store.

3. Payment Authorization & Order Charging

When you submit an order, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your account for the order total amount. This is only a pending verification and will not be finalized until your order is confirmed.

The final payment charge will be processed only after your order is reviewed, verified, and approved for processing.

If your payment is declined, fails authorization, or is flagged for security review, we may request additional information to verify your transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any order if verification cannot be completed successfully.

4. Refund Processing Details

All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. No alternate refund methods are available.

Once a refund is processed on our end, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Refund posting time depends entirely on your card issuer’s processing speed and is beyond our control.
